Common Symptoms
- Persistent physical and emotional exhaustion not relieved by rest
- Cynicism, detachment, or negativity toward work or responsibilities

- Difficulty concentrating or making decisions
- Irritability, emotional numbness, or feeling overwhelmed
- Sleep disturbances — insomnia or sleeping excessively
